The answers took us to long term social responsibility projects and therefore we adopted the principle of focusing on long term social investments instead of one time activities.
GURIS, within the scope of social responsibility, voluntarily supports many initiatives in the world with the purpose of contributing to creation of a “better society” granted school to the national education and gave scholarships to successful students who needed money.
Within the scope of the program of supporting education implemented by GURIS since 1991, it continues to support education with the non-refundable scholarships given to 218 successful students in the curriculum year of 2009-2010 in the following manner;

Yamantürk Multi Programmed High School / İzmir The purpose of the school constructed in the Armutlu-Kemalpaşa region of İzmir, is to meet the training and educational needs of the population in the region.
Yamantürk High School / Malatya Yamantürk High School continuing its operations in the Campus of İnönü University has 7 classes and 3 laboratories.
Yamantürk Commercial High School / Ankara Aware of the need for intermediate staff in our country, the Yamantürk Commercial High School aiming to provide alternative educational opportunities other than university to the young people continues to provide educational services in the district of Keçiören with 24 classes. There are 3 laboratories in the high school.
Türkan Yamantürk Elementary School / Ankara Türkan Yamantürk Elementary School having 24 classes and 3 laboratories continues to provide education in the Çankaya District of Istanbul since the curriculum year of 1999-2000.
Yamantürk Elementary School / Rize The aim of the school constructed in the district of Çayeli in Rize is to meet the education and training needs of the population in the region. The Yamantürk Elementary School having a closed area of 5600 m² has 40 classes and 3 laboratories. The construction of the Yamantürk Elementary School was completed in September 2001 and the school became operational in the curriculum year of 2001-2002.
İTÜ İdris Yamantürk Conference Center / İstanbul There are two conference halls, three seminar halls, an exhibition and meeting room in the Conference Center. The capacities of the conference halls and the seminar halls are 260 and 150 persons respectively. Construction of the Idris Yamantürk Conference Center was completed in 2000 and the facility started to provide service.
İTÜ İdris Yamantürk Student and Social Affairs Center / İstanbul The facility comprises of a salon, hobby rooms, and kitchen and billiard hall meeting the recreational and nutritional needs of students. Construction of İdris Yamantürk Student and Social Affairs Center was completed in year 2000 and started to give service.
